Traction Circle Club 23rd AGM 2024

Notice is hereby given to convene the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Traction Circle Club (TCC) for the Year 2024.

Meeting Details:

• Date: July 6, 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Registration: 10:00 AM; AGM Start: 10:30 AM)
• Venue: NUSS Kent Ridge Guild House, 9 Kent Ridge Drive, Singapore 119241

Registration:

To ensure sufficient catering and seating arrangements, kindly submit your RSVP by June 29, 2024.

Executive Committee Nominations:

Ordinary members interested in serving on the next Executive Committee can request a nomination form from the Honorary Secretary by June 29, 2024, 1700hrs. Completed nomination forms, along with a nomination and second from voting members, must be submitted to the Club by the deadline.

Adding Items to the Agenda:

Ordinary members wishing to propose an item for inclusion on the AGM agenda must submit a written notice to the Honorary Secretary by June 29, 2024, 1700hrs. The proposed item also requires a second from another voting member.
