Notice is hereby given that the 24rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Traction Circle Club (TCC) will be convened as follows:

Executive Committee Nominations:

Ordinary members interested in serving on the Executive Committee for the upcoming term may request a nomination form from the Honorary Secretary. Completed nomination forms, accompanied by a nomination and second from voting members, must be submitted to the Club by this deadline. For further details, contact info@tractioncircle.com.

Agenda Item Proposals:

Ordinary members wishing to propose an item for inclusion on the AGM agenda must submit a written notice to the Honorary Secretary, seconded by another voting member, by this deadline.
